Avoid, unless you like surly service and house flies all over.

Best chinese food in the state. Closing Saturday after Thanksgiving due to lack of help.

Sheshwan beef was delicious the vegetables perfectly stir fried and the steak tender. The food was perfectly seasoned.

One of our favorite spots in town. Friendly folks and good food fast. Pleasant atmosphere as is common in Salida.

Probably not the best Chinese restaurant but it's all we got. If your hankerin' for some classic American-Chinese grub, this is the place. Your server might seem kind of rude but if you get to know her or ask her name, she'll warm up to you.

Great Wall has good Asian food at great prices! The staff is nice. Lunch is served fast and at a good price. Seems to be a popular lunch choice for locals.

We were seated before 2 other groups but they took both of their orders before even coming back to our table. One of the tables even received their soup almost before the sat down. Clearly favoritism towards their friends who come in there frequently. We are from out of town and have come here about 5 times but this is unexceptable. Will not go back again.

Delicious. Best Chineese we've had in months. We travel throughout the west and classify both the food and the owners as great.

American Chinese Food in all its mediocre glory! Do expect the same comfort (Chinese) food you grew up with. Do not expect them to charge you what is printed on the menu. If you are polite, as I am, and keep your expectations low, you will be graced will prompt, courteous service. But beware, they kind of act like they've only been in the states since last week. It's Chinese Food in Salida, Colorado. If you want really good Asian Cuisine and want to feel like the restaurant owners invited you into their home for dinner, try Thai Mini Cafe in Poncha Springs.

The only Chinese restaurant in town and thankfully it has a great selection of delicious food. Although the orange chicken is not on the menu they do serve it. The Great Wall is known for its call in orders and speedy service. One of my and my wife's favorite places to eat and is also located about a block away from the movies and a couple blocks from the steam plant event center which makes it nice for a date night not to mention the beautiful Arkansas river just down the street. I would definitely suggest this place to anyone passing through our small town.

Not bad food.

Put in an order for pick up- online menu says seseme chicken w/ rice is 7.25, then beef noodles without rice didn’t have a price but couldn’t be more than $7. Somehow for both w/ tax was almost $30! I’ve read a few reviews with this confusion with pricing- not too happy! Never have I paid so much for these two orders. (Went to pick up and my dish was $13 not $7.25 & the noodles which didn’t even come with rice was $12) so there is definitely a menu online with the wrong pricing- much more expensive!)

Great food. The honey walnut chicken is very, very tasty. I have never had anything I didn't like. Good presentation and fast service. Generous servings and nice staff.

the woman at the restaraunt on top of being very rude over and double charged us for our food, meaning our reciept was more than the menu said and she ran our card twice. when we called she said "not my problem" and hung up DO NOT EAT HERE it is not worth the headache of disputing with your bank.

Coming from a local who has eaten here almost religiously the food is great and the service is even greater! If you are feeling under the weather both the Hot and Sour and Egg Drop soups are lifesavers.

This is Tiny from Speedy Auto Sales. The food these guys prepare is always fresh and delicious, its actually one of the best Chinese food places i have ever been to in Colorado!!! General Taos chicken is one of my favorites!! Eat here, your mouth will thank you!!!

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Worst restaurant I have EVER been to!!! The food was disgusting, soggy and every dish we ordered had a dirty dish/sour taste to it. We told the owner that the dumplings were Very soggy and we would like to return them, and she said she ‘Did not care’ and we should have ordered fried dumplings if didn’t want gooey/soggy dumplings. She refused to return them, made us pay for them dispute seeing that we didn’t eat any of them, and was EXTREMELY RUDE to us during our entire dinner. We paid almost $40 for the GROSSEST Chinese food I have ever been exposed to and I am concerned for the cleanliness of the restaurant if EVERY PLATE OF FOOD WE ORDERED had the same sour/dirty dish taste. PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE AND NEVER EAT HERE. Your stomach and wallet will thank me later, I PROMISE!!

RUDE!!! Walked through the door, was ignored by all the staff, just stood there uncomfortabley for a couple minutes, finally just walked out. Did not even get so much as looked at, let alone welcomed. Must not want my business.

Stay away! I would not have given them any stars but the rating system won't let me. Staff is extremely rude. Food is not served as described and when you bring it to their attention they argue with you and grudgingly attempt to make it right with little success. They overcharge the customer more than what is listed on the menu then argue with you about that as well. Very unprofessional, absolutely no customer service. In fact, they go out of their way to make your dining experience the worst you have ever had.

we used google maps to find this place. The menu on the map had prices. When we ordered and picked up, we ended up paying twice as much. When I called the restaurant, they denied those prices were their's. they said someone else put that menu and prices on there. Then he pretty much hung up. Beware. dont know if that was true but I felt scammed. We didn't like the food either.

On our way from Denver to Black Canyon, with so many good review, we stop at this place. What a mistake. Food is ok but the service was horrible.

From a Retired Chef, This place Has a Great Chef that knows how to prepare a meal. Five plus Stars from me !

One of the best Chinese restaurants I have tried in a Colorado mountain town. The owners are friendly, the service is fast and the meals are consistently delicious!

A clean, well lighted place. The only Chinese restaurant for many miles! But food is good, reasonably priced. The owner/server my seem a bit brusque but pay it no mind she really isn't all that rude. Or maybe I am used to her ways!

Came into the restaurant at 9 PM when it closes at 9:30, and the man rudely told us to leave now. Will not ever walk back in there now.

When I stumbled on this place I wasnt sure but the staff was friendly, the food was good and plentiful.

Was okay, nothing fancy or great. Tofu dishes were very bland and items that were supposed to be spicy, were not. Also asked if the wontons had crab meat in them and was told they didn't...when they did!

I would not recommend this place. Ordered the dumplings and they were soggy and gross tasting. Tried to send them back and they made me pay for them. Horrible customer service. Waiter argued with me that I ordered the wrong food. No ordered the right food you just make crappy food. Do not recommend this place. Go to the pizza place across the street. Don’t normally leave reviews.

Best Chinese food in the area. Quantities are superb and service was great.

My friend and I wanted to go here but they posted a poorly written sign that said “on vacation come back later this month”- with no update on their google listing apparently... unprofessional in my opinion. I was hangry for some Chinese food!!!
